If you are a customer with current V.I.P. passes: Congratulations! Whether you purchased your tickets or received them as a gift, you are on your way to a great time. This page will help you understand how to make a reservation using your prepaid tickets and what costs are involved.

We suggest you begin by reading everything on the front and back of the ticket, as it provides all the important details.

With prepaid tickets, you avoid paying regular prices. When you use your prepaid tickets, you must pay only the service fees, which are clearly printed on your tickets. These charges add up to a total of $45 per ticket.

Special Events:

Special events take place on days such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Halloween. We also offer themed cruises such as Salsa Cruises, Single Mingle Mixer, Mexican Fiesta, and more. Most of these will incur additional charges when you use your prepaid tickets. However, New Year’s Eve and Fourth of July cruises are restricted. Prepaid tickets cannot be used for these events.

Using Your Prepaid Tickets:

You can make reservations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by clicking on Cruise Dates/Reservations. Reservations are required in advance, with 7 to 14 days recommended.

Ticket Expiration Date:

1. Tickets never expire.
2. Remember: You must bring your tickets with you to your cruise, or you will have to pay $60 per person. No exceptions.

Reservations are required 7 to 14 days in advance and can be made 24 hours a day. Upon making a reservation, service fees must be paid at that time. The Roman VIP Corp enforces the Coast Guard policy of “zero tolerance.” No guest may bring aboard the yacht any type of firearms, other weapons, illegal substances, or beverages of any kind.

Passes must be presented at the time of cruise check-in, or a $60 charge per pass will apply. The Roman VIP Corp assumes no responsibility for expenses, inconvenience, or damage, nor for loss, damage, or injury to any property or person on any yacht.

No verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this offer, other than what is printed on the pass, will be honored. All confirmed reservations are final. No-shows are not eligible to reschedule for a future cruise date.
